Serving Size: 2 - 3 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup curd
- 1/4 cup Fitlicious Classic Sattu
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 green chilli, chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes
Steps:
- In a bowl, add curd and Fitlicious Classic Sattu. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
- Add chopped tomato, green chilli, onion, and coriander leaves to the curd mixture. Mix well to combine.
- Heat ghee in a small pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add garlic paste and chilli flakes. Sauté for a few seconds.
- Pour the hot tempering into the raita mixture and mix well.
- Serve the raita immediately with dal and rice.
Note: Fitlicious classic sattu already has salt and lemon.
