Sattu Raita

Sattu Raita

Serving Size: 2 - 3 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup curd
  • 1/4 cup Fitlicious Classic Sattu
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 green chilli, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes

Steps:

  1. In a bowl, add curd and Fitlicious Classic Sattu. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add chopped tomato, green chilli, onion, and coriander leaves to the curd mixture. Mix well to combine.
  3. Heat ghee in a small pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add garlic paste and chilli flakes. Sauté for a few seconds.
  4. Pour the hot tempering into the raita mixture and mix well.
  5. Serve the raita immediately with dal and rice.

Note: Fitlicious classic sattu already has salt and lemon.
