Sattu Paratha

Sattu Paratha

Serving size: 8 - 10 parathas

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams Fitlicious Spicy/Classic Sattu
  • 2 teaspoons Mustard Oil
  • 1 medium onion Onion, finely chopped
  • 3-4 cloves of Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 2 cups Multi-Grain Flour or Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 cup Water, or as needed to form a soft dough
  • Mustard Oil or Ghee, For cooking the parathas

Steps:

  1. Make the paratha stuffing of Fitlicious Sattu (spicy or classic), mustard oil, finely chopped onion, and minced garlic.
  2. Knead a soft dough using multi-grain flour or wheat flour.
  3. Shape the dough into small balls.
  4. Stuff them with 1 ½ tsp sattu stuffing
  5. Roll the parathas with a rolling pin.
  6. Cook the parathas on a tawa using mustard oil and ghee.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy with curd and pickle.
