Serving Size: 2 - 3 servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Fitlicious classic/spicy sattu
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped
- 3 - 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon mustard oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon black mustard seeds
Steps:
- Heat mustard oil in a small pan. Add cumin seeds and black mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add chopped onion, green chilli, and garlic cloves to the tempering. Sauté until softened.
- Add the sattu to the sautéed vegetables.
- Mix well until you achieve a binding consistency.
- Serve the sattu bharta hot, and enjoy with steamed rice, dal, and pickle.
Note: Fitlicious classic and spicy sattu already has salt and lemon.
