Serving Size: 2 - 3 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup curd or yoghurt
- 1/4 cup Fitlicious classic sattu flour
- 1 inch ginger, chopped
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves
- 1/4 cup water (or more to adjust consistency)
- Salt, to taste
Steps:
- In a bowl, add curd or yoghurt and whisk well until smooth.
- Add Fitlicious classic sattu flour to the whisked curd and mix well.
- In a mixer grinder jar, add chopped ginger, mint leaves, and coriander leaves.
- Grind the mixture using a couple of spoons of water.
- Add the ground herb mixture to the curd and sattu mixture. Whisk well to combine.
- Add water and whisk until you achieve your desired consistency for the buttermilk.
- Refrigerate the buttermilk until ready to serve. Consume within 24 hours for best flavor and freshness.
Note: Fitlicious classic sattu already has salt and lemon.
