Serving Size: 4 - 5 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup dhuli moong (split urad dal)
- 1/4 cup soya chunks
- 4 - 6 garlic cloves
- 1 inch ginger
- Coriander leaves
- 4 tablespoons Fitlicious classic sattu
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- Oil, for shallow frying
Steps:
- Soak 1 cup of dhuli moong in water for 2 hours.
- Drain the soaked dhuli moong and blend it coarsely with soya chunks, garlic cloves, ginger, and coriander leaves.
- Transfer the blended mixture to a mixing bowl.
- Add Fitlicious classic sattu, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, pepper, and turmeric powder. Mix well until combined.
- Shape the mixture into small, cylindrical kebabs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Shallow fry the kebabs until they are golden brown on all sides.
- Serve hot and with your favourite dipping sauce or chutney.
Note: Fitlicious classic sattu already has salt and lemon.
