Sattu and Coriander Chutney

Sattu and Coriander Chutney

Serving Size: 2 - 3 servings

Ingredients:

  • 50 grams coriander leaves
  • 4 - 6 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Fitlicious classic sattu
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2 green chilies
  • 2 tablespoons curd

Steps:

  1. Wash the coriander leaves and remove the stems.
  2. Add the coriander leaves, garlic cloves, Fitlicious classic sattu, ginger, green chilies, and curd to a blender jar. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve the chutney immediately. It can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Note: Fitlicious classic sattu already has salt and lemon.
