Serving Size: 2 - 3 servings
Ingredients:
- 50 grams coriander leaves
- 4 - 6 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons Fitlicious classic sattu
- 1 inch ginger
- 2 green chilies
- 2 tablespoons curd
Steps:
- Wash the coriander leaves and remove the stems.
- Add the coriander leaves, garlic cloves, Fitlicious classic sattu, ginger, green chilies, and curd to a blender jar. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve the chutney immediately. It can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Note: Fitlicious classic sattu already has salt and lemon.
