Serving size: 8 - 10 parathas
Ingredients:
- 100 grams Fitlicious Spicy/Classic Sattu
- 2 teaspoons Mustard Oil
- 1 medium onion Onion, finely chopped
- 3-4 cloves of Garlic Cloves, minced
- 2 cups Multi-Grain Flour or Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup Water, or as needed to form a soft dough
- Mustard Oil or Ghee, For cooking the parathas
Steps:
- Make the paratha stuffing of Fitlicious Sattu (spicy or classic), mustard oil, finely chopped onion, and minced garlic.
- Knead a soft dough using multi-grain flour or wheat flour.
- Shape the dough into small balls.
- Stuff them with 1 ½ tsp sattu stuffing
- Roll the parathas with a rolling pin.
- Cook the parathas on a tawa using mustard oil and ghee.
- Serve hot and enjoy with curd and pickle.
