Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Fitlicious Chocolate Sattu
- 1/2 cup milk (or almond milk/soy milk)
- 2 tablespoons yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- Honey, to taste
- 1 drop vanilla essence or 1 pinch cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon oats
- Seeds and nuts (optional)
Steps:
- In a mason jar, mix Fitlicious Chocolate Sattu powder with oats, chia seeds, and nuts (if using).
- Add yoghurt and milk to the mason jar. Stir well to combine and ensure no lumps are formed.
- Add honey and vanilla essence or cinnamon powder. Stir again to mix.
- Cover the mason jar and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Serve and enjoy the pudding the next morning with fresh fruits.
