General Return Policy

No Return Policy: Purchases made from the online store of www.fitlicious.in cannot be returned after purchase.

Replacement for Damaged Items: We offer full replacement of products that might be damaged in transit. Replacement orders are processed immediately after our customer support team validates the damage via communication over email or phone.

Replacement and Refund Window: Replacement orders and refunds will be processed only if the query is raised within 30 days of placing the order. Queries or concerns beyond 30 days from the order confirmation date will not be entertained.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window: Cancellations can be processed within 24 hours of placing the order by writing to us at sales@fitlicious.in.

Refund Processing: Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-10 working days.


Merchandise Store – Return & Exchange Policy

Happfit Wellness Pvt. Ltd. (HWPL) provides a return and exchange option for merchandise items purchased from the online store of www.fitlicious.in for any reason within the specified return/exchange period of 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.


1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Return Window: We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of Merchandise: Merchandise must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exclusions: Personalized or custom-made products and clearance items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check the product description for specific details.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • Contact Customer Service: Reach out to us at sales@fitlicious.in to request a return or exchange. Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the request, along with a picture if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Packaging: Securely package the merchandise, including all original packaging and documentation.
  • Collection: Our delivery agent will collect the package from the delivery address. For exchanges, the new item will be delivered, and the original item picked up simultaneously.

3. Inspection and Approval:

  • Inspection Process: Upon receiving the returned merchandise, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  • Approval or Rejection: If the merchandise meets our criteria, we will process the return within 48 hours of collection. If not, it will be shipped back to you.
  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed or rejected.

4. Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
  • Exchanges: The new item will be delivered to you and the original item will be picked up simultaneously.

5. Return and Exchange Fees:

  • No Fees: There are no return or exchange fees. Please do not pay any such fees to the delivery executive.

Exceptions and Rules:

  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges are only for the same style in a different size. They are subject to stock availability and your address being serviceable for an exchange.
  • Exchanges are only allowed for pin codes which are serviceable for an exchange.
  • HWPL reserves the right to reject the exchange request if the product looks used or damaged during the pickup, especially when the exchange request was raised due to size issues.
  • HWPL reserves the right to restrict exchanges if the customer breaches or misuses this policy.
  • If you purchased an item with a free gift/offer, the free gift/product must also be returned if you wish to return the main item.
  • HWPL is not liable for products returned by mistake. In such cases, HWPL will not be responsible for the replacement or delivery of the incorrect product back to the user.
